This small family producer is located in the plains of Vercelli, Italy where for almost 6 centuries rice has been exclusively cultivated. Everything from the landscape, flora and fauna to the culture of the population and local cuisine is deeply connected with the rice.
There are no added preservatives, colouring agents or flavour intensifiers like glutamate.
Easy to follow cooking instructions on the back of package.

Ideal Pairings:  lamb, duck, summer fruit salad, and of course chocolate cake!

Our rice grows in the paddy fields of the Po Valley in northern Italy, where the best grains have always been produced. We travel all over Italy and, region by region, we produce the best vegetables, vegetables and ingredients on our farms that complement and characterize our ready risotto.

Better Than a Bouquet of Roses

Served it up as a side with a summer quiche. 6 happy guests. Preparation instructions easy, we used vegetable broth. White wine was optional, is it? Left out the butter (used it up for the quiche crust). Have this on hand when you want to make food your love language.
