Grilled Cheesy Crostini with Balsamic
- Olive Loaf
- Ottobratico Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Zucchini
- 12 Grape Tomatoes
- 1 cup of Ricotta
- Il Bordeaux Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh Basil
- Slice half of the olive loaf into 6 equal pieces then halve the slices. Lightly grill the bread slices, then brush with Ottobratico extra virgin olive oil
- Grill and dice the zucchini; slice the grape tomatoes in half. Divide the cup of ricotta between the 12 crostini and drizzle with Il Bordeaux balsamic vinegar. Top with zucchini and tomatoes.
- Garnish with basil.
