Fabrizia Funghi is a family business and father and daughter Giovanni and Enza offer a range of tasty Italian antipastos that can be enjoyed on their own, or added to many a dish to amp up the flavour. There are a variety of mushrooms, pickled vegetables, olives and capers, herbs and spices; there is also a fantastic line of spreads that are both spicy and zesty. Delicious on fresh bread, they also can be added to soups and sauces or used as a pizza sauce.
