Meet Diane Pinnock

In 2004, while living in the Kensington Market area of Toronto, Diane began experimenting in the kitchen by creating recipes and sweet spicy sauces. With a goal of perfecting a gourmet hot sauce that wouldn’t overpower the palate, Diane drew from her unique cultural diversity and the wisdom passed down to her from Jamaican and Cuban ancestry. She also infused the SOHOT brand with her unique artistic flare and the inspiration of SOHOT creative VP Sabrina Ebrahim. Based in Clarington, Ontario, SOHOT Sauce is about diversity, joy, and sharing in life and at the table. We are happy to bring you a product that surprises and seduces the senses.
