All of the vinegars from our vintage line are bottled by hand and sealed with wax. They have all been aged at least 3 years. The cap includes a handy safe-drop dispenser so that no vinegar is wasted.
Sigillo Verde – Aged
Matured in fine wooden barrels, this is balsamic vinegar of excellent quality. The scrumptious union of musts derived exclusively from Emilia Romagna adds a delicate flavour to salads and sauces. Can also be added to meat just before cooking is complete.
Sigillo Bordeaux – Aged
Prepared with selected grape must and matured for a long period of time in barrels, this balsamic vinegar is exceptionally pleasant thanks to its balanced characteristics of moderate acidity and pleasing sweetness. It is excellent on boiled meat, fish and cooked vegetables.
Sigillo Oro – Aged
This precious aged balsamic vinegar of Modena combines a peculiar density with a glossy brown color and a complex range of aromas. Thanks to the careful selection of must, coming from seven vines grown exclusively in Emilia Romagna, and the long aging in wooden barrels this vinegar acquires these extraordinary characteristics. It is perfect for the most demanding palates and for those who want high quality and inspiration. Use it with creativity in every recipe.
Sigillo Platino – Aged
This is an inimitable expression of an old passion typical of Modena. The long aging process intensifies its original characteristics, giving it an extraordinary balance of aromas, fragrances and syrupy density.
